Position Description

The Golf Shop Attendant provides support to the Golf Operations department. This position is responsible for aiding the Golf Professionals to manage the Golf Shop, golf customer service, and course programs. This position assists the Golf Professionals in the successful growth and operations of the company.

Job Duties:

• Golf Shop Attendant process golf shop transactions, check-in guests, and receive payment for guest fees and merchandise purchases.
• Golf Shop Attendant are responsible for accurately reconciling their drawers at the end of each shift.
• Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed

Requirements:

• Must acquire basic computer knowledge
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
• Maintain professional appearance
