The Company: Tunnell Companies, LP is a successful Real Estate Management Company in Long Neck, Delaware responsible for the development, construction and maintenance of multiple resort/full-time residential communities. The Company manages six separate Pot-Nets communities in addition to the Baywood Greens Golf Course Community. Tunnell Companies has been in continuous operation and growing since 1962.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Organizational Unit: Administration

Accountability: Director of Administrative Services

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri, plus rotating Saturday). This is a 40-hours per week position, that requires a rotating Saturday shift. You will be eligible to participate in all of our benefits programs (medical, dental, 401k, etc.)

Location: Pot-Nets Main Office.

Job Duties:
• Provide administrative support to Pot-Nets Residents and Customers
• Receive customer inquiries, by telephone and walk-in, and make every attempt to resolve and satisfy residents
• Forward customer inquiries to other staff members as necessary
• Receive customer payments
• Maintain resident account information
• Maintain overall calendar of events
• Receive and process vehicle registrations
• Receive and process work requests, tree requests, architectural approval requests
• Assist with making customer appointments and reservations at company properties
• Receive prospective Home Buyers, and connect them with a Sales Agent
• Receive, process and distribute mail and packages

Required Experience/Abilities:

• A positive, engaging attitude
• Exceptional organizational skills and good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Aptitude for “basic” math
• Wide ranging computer skills in Microsoft Office and expertise in Microsoft Word
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a vigorous environment
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people
• Ability to learn and quickly master other software applications, and web-based services
