Position Description
Pot-Nets Homes in Long Neck, DE is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Quality Technician.You will walk every new home that we construct, with an eye for detail. Create punch lists, and arrange for vendors to perform some repairs, and you will handle smaller repairs yourself. On the day of settlement, you will be present with the homebuyer and our Warranty Manager, to ensure any last minute items are completed.
We need you to have experience in the following:
• Carpentry

• Light Drywall Repairs & Painting
• Troubleshooting
• Light electrical and plumbing
• Other tasks as needed.

Hours of Employment:
- Full time &, Part time schedules are available
- Operating hours are from 7:00am-3:30pm daily.
- Weekend hours available.
